Bring your yoga mat and anything else that will allow you to achieve your goals in these sessions. This is “Your practice. Your way”. Any props are welcome if you think you need them.


All sessions are £6 per person. To book, email contact@wildmindsnature.co.uk with the dates you would like to attend and we will do the rest. Bookings must be made in advance. We cannot take on the day arrivals as sessions may already be full.
